Stay informed of the facts and details regarding major power outages affecting our members. We generally post outage reports within 72 hours of the outage. Reports are available throughout the duration of each month.

Ramsey (8/30/23)
At 8:17 a.m. Wednesday, August 30, 2023, Energy Park Substation Circuit 3 recloser locked out, leaving 543 members in Ramsey without power. A contractor bored into one of our main feeder cables on the south side of Highway 10. At 8:53 a.m., our crews isolated the damaged cable and restored power to 325 members. Due to some construction work of our own, the remaining 218 members had to remain off until the cable was repaired. At 11:18 a.m., the cable was repaired and the remaining affected members were restored.
