COVID -19 update

We are committed to delivering safe and reliable electricity to you.

Through these trying times, we hope you’re doing well. We would like to THANK YOU for your patience and support, as we continue to provide you with the reliable service you expect from us. Outages will still happen, and we will respond as always.

As our member, we appreciate your business and, as always, will continue to serve you through the following:

  • Our lobby is open 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday.
  • Our member service team is available via phone and online chat, Monday-Friday, from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
  • If you need to make a payment, we have several options available, including paying online or by phone, using our payment drop box, or signing up for auto draft.
  • If you are directly impacted by COVID-19, we do not wish to disconnect service. Please contact us to make payment arrangements if you are facing a financial hardship.

Energy Assistance is still available.

Community Action Programs are still accepting applications and recently their income guidelines have changed. Although these agencies typically assist during the Cold Weather Rule timeframe, October 1–April 30, they have extended their assistance through September 1 for this fiscal year. If you haven’t had a conversation with them or have and been denied in the past, please find the updated income guidelines by clicking on your appropriate county at the bottom of our page here and call or email them today if you have questions. They are staffed and ready to help you with not only your electric bill but also other utilities as well, if needed.

As always, should you need a payment plan to pay your electric bill, please give Member Services a call to set one up and avoid potential fees and/or collection notices, including possible disconnection for non-payment. We are available to take your call Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., by email at info@6anam.com, or Chat with us through our website Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
